Jeff Gerhardt is a speaker, executive coach, and CEO who has guided thousands of leaders. A former IT executive at Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE:EW), he brings 25+ years of leadership across innovation, turnarounds, and growth—including major change programs during one of the most significant medical-device advances of the past two decades. He has lived, led, and coached teams across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Jeff is CEO of Priority Living, whose flagship brand, The Master’s Program, is a three-year journey that helps Christian marketplace leaders move from success to significance and live out their God-given calling. His passion for leaders is reflected in his firm’s name, Centix—the belief that leaders can multiply outcomes 100× through healthy, beyond high-performing teams. He serves as an Executive Coach with Novus Global, where the world’s best leaders work with the world’s best coaches, and serves as the Board Chairman of Uncharted Ministries. He and his wife, Heather, have four children and two sons-in-law and live in McKinney, Texas.
