Nadya Dickson
Director of the Master’s Program for Women
A pioneer in both private and Kingdom entrepreneurship, Nadya Dickson has broad-based experience in arenas as diverse as pastoral ministry, financial and operational oversight of private companies, including start-ups, and managing programs in branding, communications and marketing.
Nadya’s hometown is Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. There she owned and operated her own business in the food service industry as well as managed her family-owned retail business. After selling her business, she accepted a pastoral position working with children and youth in Virginia. She later accepted a position in Concord, NC, where she became licensed with ICFG and worked with the Foursquare Regional office assisting in the administrative role of overseeing 500 pastors and church properties in the southeast.
In addition to raising her family, Nadya has led business start-ups for investors and participated in developing programs for business owners in the Institute for Business Owners and The Performance Group. She is also a certified growth and leadership coach and has the privilege of coaching and mentoring incredible women in business and in ministry leadership in the US and in Canada.
Having a heart and passion to see people released to operate in the fullness of their faith and vocational calling, Nadya has enjoyed her work with the Charlotte Christian Chamber as Prayer Chair; with the Charlotte Workplace Ministry Network as a facilitating member; as a Board member for the non-profit organization Life Transformations; as a Board member for the Charlotte Christian Chamber; as Outreach and Evangelism Director for World Worship Church; and as Community Outreach Coordinator for Speaking Life Charlotte. She recently retired as Managing Partner of The Barnabas Group Charlotte and, along with her husband, has started Trivium Consulting Group.
Nadya Dickson resides in Charlotte, NC, with her husband Damien and two sons, Alex and Andrew.
