Authors note: Once again, the following is not a transcript of the video. It’s an abbreviated summary of the video. Please take the time to consider your part in what God’s doing. I’m calling on you, directly. — Jeff
Earlier this week, I got a text from Stanton Williams, a dear friend and TMP alum here in the DFW area. He shared this vision that’s been stirring in him: gathering men together to tackle what our world desperately needs right now. It reminded me instantly of that classic line from Session 11 in TMP—”What the world needs now…” And if you’re like me, you probably finished it with “…is love, sweet love.” Stanton nailed it! In this chaotic season, nothing could be more timely. We wrapped up an incredible Session 11 today, and Stanton joined us. As we talked, ideas started flowing about collaborating on something bigger—a movement rooted in spiritual battle. It felt like God was prompting us right there, building on the conversations we’ve been having these past weeks about responding to our world’s challenges.
Let’s be real – the brokenness around us is overwhelming. From young men feeling lost and needing mentorship to fractured marriages, unplanned pregnancies, and a culture drifting further from truth—it’s easy to feel paralyzed. As Kingdom leaders, we’ve been equipped through TMP to make an eternal impact, but too often, we jump straight into action without the foundation that sustains it. Without seeking God first, our efforts can feel scattered or ineffective. The enemy thrives in that chaos, dividing us and dimming our influence. Remember our struggle isn’t against flesh and blood, but spiritual forces. In times like these, passivity isn’t an option, but neither is charging ahead without prayer!
That’s why we’re starting with prayer— the ultimate weapon in our spiritual arsenal. Here’s the plan Stanton and I hashed out: a simple 30-day prayer commitment. We’ll pray for revival, for godly men to rise up, for stronger families, and for God to pour out His Spirit, drawing people to Jesus. We’ll use a group text thread to stay connected. Each morning, I’ll kick it off with a prayer, and you respond with what the Holy Spirit lays on your heart. I’ll be focused on men because it’s true, men have largely abdicated in the Kingdom Leadership. Brothers, it’s time to step up. Ladies, you’re vital here too—start your own threads and multiply this.
Imagine what could happen if we all commit to this. Through consistent prayer, God prompts collaborations, opens doors for Gospel conversations, and sparks Kingdom works we can’t even envision yet. I’ve seen it in my own journey: times when prayer shifted my perspective from earthly struggles to eternal impact, turning business decisions into opportunities for significance. As we pray together, we’ll seek to join God where He’s already at work. This is a collective intercession that can ignite revival. And once the 30 days wrap, replicate it—gather your network, fire up new threads, and watch the ripple effect. Whether mentoring young leaders or strengthening families, prayer positions us for transformation with Kingdom perspective.
If you’re in, email me with your cell number—I’ll add you to the thread. Commit to 30 days of morning prayer with me, and let’s see what God does. Replicate this with your circle and share stories of breakthroughs with us. Who’s ready to pray?
The world needs the love of Jesus, but that love flows from time spent with God. Let’s kneel first, then rise to lead.
In your corner,
Jeff

Acts 4:24, 31
“When they heard the report, all the believers lifted their voices together in prayer to God…” then later, “After they prayed, the place where they were gathered shook”.
May powerful effect of unified prayer in the early Christian community be evident in the Masters Program Community
