Then, he moved to the City of Santa Barbara where he served as a senior City Public Works official as well as an informal role as "Culture Coach." At that same time, they also opened a restaurant and bar on Santa Barbara’s main street to share a space with the prayer house. Continuing in these roles, in 2015 Rob added coaching TMP in Santa Barbara and now the San Luis Obispo area to create the kingdom thinking and culture needed for city transformation. In 2020, Rob was asked to lead TMP in the role of the National Director of Coaches for the men. Rob and Nancy live in Santa Barbara, California, and have a son and daughter.
In 2021, Rob started an Organizational Health business (StrategicCulture.com) where he uses his 30+ years of government organizational experience to help other cities and private organizations to align and motivate their people to create work cultures that multiply success.
Noah Elias
TMP COACH, ARTIST & AUTHOR
Sold art door to door on a bike at 16 to creating art for clients such as Universal Pictures, Lucasfilm & Disney. Love helping creatives build a life of impact.
Born and raised in Orange County, California, Noah grew up to be one of the most well known artist in the country and around the globe. He began his company on his bike at sixteen handing out business cards to create art, signs and illustrations for local businesses. Soon after graduation from High School, Noah received an airbrush from his family. It was at that point that he then embarked on a career of creating custom portraits on clothing and canvas. Noah would set up and paint live at local clubs and coffee shops quite often, which caught the attention of numerous corporate companies, television stations and even internationally recognized clientele, including notable actors, actresses and musicians.
Noah’s work elevated globally when he was featured on The Learning Channel show “Rides” where he custom painted five award winning vehicles for Alpine Electronics. Universal Studios sought Noah’s expertise in designing the Suki vehicle in “2 Fast 2 Furious”. His career elevated again when MTV commissioned Noah to create pieces for the hit TV Show “Rob and Big” where Noah painted the bottom of their pool and their horse trailer. MTV also featured Noah’s work on episodes of “Meet the Barkers” with Travis Barker, who is friends with Noah and is one of his collectors. Noah has also formed relationships with such brands as Arturo Fuente Cigars as well as the French Cellar Imports who offer ten amazing Bordeaux wines from France. His story spread throughout the art industry leading Noah to be voted “Top 25 Artist’s in the World” by Art Business News Magazine.
An amazing day came when Noah partnered with The Walt Disney Company™ to create a line of Noah versions of the characters. Noah’s line has become a huge favorite among Disney collectors and fans worldwide. Noah’s talents cover a wide range of applications such as body art, in which he was nominated for makeup artist of the year by NAHA.
