Bob Neu
TMP COACH FOR Middle Tennessee AREA SESSIONS.
For 30 years, Bob was heavily invested in Christian schooling. After graduating from Wheaton College, Bob started his journey in the teaching and coaching world at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta where he served for ten years. He then spent nine years teaching, coaching, and ultimately as part of the administrative team of a then startup-up Christian school in Atlanta, Whitefield Academy.
The Lord then led he and his family into the world of leading Christian schools. For the next thirteen years, Bob faithfully served two different schools as Head of the School: one in Montgomery, AL and the other in Knoxville, TN. He and his wife, Pamela, “have heard it if all if not experienced it all” as ministry leaders, and they are now they now have the privilege to pour that experience in to others!
As they left Christian schooling and through a variety of means, the Lord made it abundantly clear to both Bob and Pamela that He was moving them into a position of walking alongside leaders of all types in a variety of ministries. Having known the great rewards, and extreme loneliness and isolation all too well, Bob now stands in the gap for those who are on the front lines of Christian ministry.
Bob asks questions such as these to Christian leaders: What should a leader do when his family feels the painful effects of his leadership? What happens when your co-workers are your dearest friends, and you face personal challenges? Who serves as YOUR confidante when you serve as everyone else’s?
Christian leaders are all too often left alone on the front lines of ministry, without someone to intentionally seek them out and “hold up their arms” in battle. And it just doesn’t work; not for pastors, educators, missionaries, parachurch leaders, or any other kind of ministry leader. They need to know they are being prayed for, actively and intentionally encouraged, and publicly supported.
Bob now serves with Standing Stone Ministry based out of Costa Mesa, CA. He has the opportunity to walk with Christians who are leaders whom daily recognize the spiritual battle and their role in God's Kingdom. He counts it a high honor and privilege to mentor and coach.
For almost thirty years Bob’s been married to Pamela. They have three grown children: Sarah, Stephen and Matthew. (One son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter, Mia.) They are officially empty nesters, love hosting couples and individuals for what they call RESET retreats, and live with their one dog, Baxter, in beautiful Knoxville, Tennessee.

John Karel
TMP COACH FOR Colorado Sessions.
John Karel has been coaching for The Master’s Program since 2014 in Colorado.
