Jeff Gerhardt is an Organizational Health Consultant and a former IT Executive at Edwards Lifesciences (NYSE:EW). Throughout his 20+ years of experience, Jeff has been responsible for positioning teams to support launch, turnarounds, and growth. Jeff is a strategic business mentor who works with leaders to develop plans that match their purpose, passions, and potential.
Jeff has international experience as he served as an expat in Switzerland while in Edwards and has led major change programs in the US, Middle East and Asia. Jeff is the Founder of Centix Life Technologies which focuses on Organizational Health and Culture.
Bob Shank
Founder
Bob is the Founder of The Master’s Program, providing strategic life mentoring to Christian leaders, and is the co-founder of The Barnabas Group. He has been a mentor to thousands of Kingdom leaders over the last 20 years.
His 40-year career includes 14 years as a successful entrepreneur in the construction industry, four years as Senior Pastor, and 25 years as a CEO in the non-profit sector.
Today, he serves on the governing boards of churches in California, New Mexico and Florida, as well as seven parachurch ministries and two foundations. Married since 1971, he and Cheri live in Southern California, near their two adult daughters.

Your $897 registration is all-inclusive. Here is everything that is covered:
- Hotel ZaZa Lodging (2 nights): Your room at Hotel ZaZa Dallas is fully covered for the duration of the event (April 22-24). You will not receive a hotel bill at checkout.
- All Meals: Every meal throughout the event is provided, including the welcome dinner (Wednesday), daily breakfasts and lunches (Thursday & Friday), and the closing banquet (Friday evening). You will not need to budget for food during your stay.
- Full Conference Access: All general sessions, coaching workshops, breakout sessions, and networking experiences across the 3-day event.
- Coaching Materials: Workbooks, frameworks, and tools to take home and implement immediately.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
- Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE starting March 22, 2026.
- Registrations may be TRANSFERRED to another qualified attendee but must be completed 45 Days before the start of the event.
