If you’ve been reading my recent posts on Mondays – in my Point of View – you know that I’ve drawn a line in the sand regarding your life and its seasons. First Half sounds great – “forever young” is the delusion – but you’re dealing with the reality that you’ve probably crossed the Rubicon that now puts you into your Second Half. Are your best days past? Or is there a seize the day decision right in front of you, inviting you to engage?

            Mentoring is the headline here. I hope you’ve been reading my build-ups to this TMPers-only opportunity. I’ve spent the last 30 years investing into lives like yours, and – today – over 2000 leaders have me in common: they cite me as one of their mentors.
